I applied for IPO’s using rakuten security recently. I have never used this security service because I always apply for IPO’s through SBI security. My first account and NISA account were maid on SBI. You can get IPO points if you miss IPO. So I have been trying IPO’s to get that points.

We get winning ratio of IPO’s after lottery on rakuten. The highest ratio was 1000x, so I recognize that it is very difficult to win.
